The technology of surface treatment and modification of titanium

Surface treatment of titanium:

   2, improved wear resistance:

   at high temperature (800 - After nitriding treatment, the Vickers hardness of the surface is over 700; The surface hardness can be increased 2-3 times by overlaying welding and adding proper amount of nitrogen or oxygen into argon; Through ion plating, a layer of titanium nitride is formed on the surface of the alloy, with a thickness of about 5 microns.
